Fearnley Energy Assessments were founded by Craig Fearnley, a qualified engineering and building maintenance engineer. He saw a market to be an alternative supplier of Domestic Energy Assessments, Home Information Packs and Rental Inventory.

With the help and full support of his family he put himself through the training course to become a fully qualified accredited Domestic Energy Assessor.
